MMS Adult Day Center is proud to partner with Baisey Create A Dream Foundation to provide HPC (Homemaker/Personal Care) services for individuals placed in their homes. Through this collaboration, we ensure that each client receives the highest level of care, support, and personalized services to enhance their daily lives.

In addition to HPC services, we also offer Shared-Living options and residential respite services, providing flexible, compassionate care solutions tailored to individual needs. Our goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where every person can thrive.
